He has the kind of car that screams "as soon as you stop looking I will be driving 100 miles an hour" which generally guarantees he will get pulled over. Thankfully, we do not live together and we are not married, so I couldn't care less how many tickets he gets. Unless it impacts the size of my engagement ring. Then we have a problem. But we're a ways away from that yet. Last I heard, he was getting a motorcycle license...and so it begins again. That said, it can't possibly be more than my car insurance, which this year is about $2600, last year was $3400, and the year before was a whopping $4100. And no, I'm not a bad driver, my state just truly sucks. My boyfriend gets speeding tickets regularly.
