First Time: Husband Picks Up Son from School!!!!
WOW. For the first time ever, my husband just picked up our 2nd grader from school. Oh, he was ALL confused about where to go. I said, for example, “The gate in front. Go to the gate in front.”
My husband gets to the school and immediately calls me and says, “You didn’t tell me there were TWO gates.” Uh, correct, I didn’t tell him that. That’s because there aren’t two gates. There is one very long gate with two doors.
I said, “HONEY, wait at the left door where YOU SEE THE HUGE GROUP OF PARENTS WAITING.”
He’s driving me crazy. He’s home 24/7 because he’s doing a project from home. Someone save me.

When I have my husband drop off/pick up the kids from school he gets all “what you don’t think I can take care of my own kids?” type of attitude. Then he calls from the school and wants to know where to get the kids. I’d rather mine admitted he was just lost!!

Ha ha! Yes, my husband also frequently gets that “I totally know all about this topic–don’t need your help” attitude. Like with the barbecue recently. Then all h%&^ breaks loose, and he finally asks someone for help (but not me, of course–that would injure his pride).

HA! Next you should try to get him to remember what they wear everyday…my husband never knows this. At least he knows what our kids look like.
